These may be installed side-by-side or stacked (if you stack them, you'll appreciate the low-profile brackets, which give you more "headroom" on the bottom shelf). The steel construction means that these shelves are unlikely to bend-the unit as a whole can support up to 100 pounds. Installation is easy, and all the necessary mounting hardware is included. Multiple shelves may be connected to create a single continuous storage system.
