These Green Thermal Pads are used to aid in pressing our ornaments as well as other small pieces. They are designed to conduct heat and help by conforming to uneven surfaces. They also help cushion items prone to breakage. Larger sizes are available on a special order basis cut to your exact size requirements. The sticky thermal pad isn’t the best thermal interface for modern chipsets made as an open die on a wafer. The pad will hold badly and the heat transfer will be inefficient all due to the small contact area.
